We deliver across India. For International Orders, please reach out to our customer support team or write to us at sales.essasclub@gmail.com.

We are tied up with multiple logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery across the globe.

Delivery Charges:

For International Orders, delivery charges shall be communicated by our customer support team. Upon confirmation of the applicable shipping charges, our customer support team shall accept the order and send an order confirmation email.

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. There are no additional/ hidden charges.

For express delivery requirements, please reach out to our customer support team or write to us at sales.essasclub@gmail.com. There will be some additional charges for arranging an express delivery.

There are cases where due to location serviceability or product unavailability or production lead time, etc we may not able to accept express delivery request.

Thus, we request our customers to place an order requiring express delivery only upon seeking confirmation on delivery timeline and delivery charges from our customer support team.

Delivery Charges in case of Return of a Product:

There are no shipping charges to be paid separately in case you return an order. However, we do charge a small return fee for every return request raised. To read about the same, please refer our Return and Refund Policy.

Dispatch and Delivery Timelines:

After placing an order, you shall receive an order confirmation email. We strive to dispatch your orders as soon as possible for enhancing the experience. The below table summarizes product category wise dispatch timeline (Timeline shall begin from the date of receiving the order):

Once an order is shipped, the same is generally delivered within 2-5 business days.

However, certain factors can cause delayed deliveries such as unforeseen weather conditions, political situation, address inaccuracy, incorrect contact details, etc.

Shipment Tracking:

After placing an order, you shall receive an order confirmation email containing the Order Id. Once your order is dispatched, you shall receive an email containing the Air-Way Bill (AWB) Number. You can track the order with the said Order ID/ AWB Number in the following ways:

A. On our WhatsApp chat-bot support (icon can be found on the right bottom of the website)
B. On the Logistics Partner’s Website;

Delayed Shipment:

In case your shipment is delayed beyond the expected date of delivery, please reach out to our customer support team or write to us at sales.essasclub@gmail.com for assistance.

 

Disclaimer:

1. We request all our customers to:
A. Provide accurate and complete address for delivery along with appropriate landmark, if any; and
B. Correct contact number for the logistics team to reach out to you in case of any issues.

Any delay in delivery caused by inaccuracy in address/ contact details shall not be our responsibility.

Any shipment received back at our warehouse due to inaccurate address details or incorrect contact details shall result in order cancellation.

 

Customers requiring re-shipment in such cases shall reach out to our customer support team or write to us at sales.essasclub@gmail.com. Charges for the same will be duly communicated by our team.

 

2. In case a damaged product is received for reasons attributable to mis-handling by our logistics partner, reach out to our customer support team or write to us at sales.essasclub@gmail.com. Please

 

3. We strive to manufacture, pack, dispatch and deliver orders within the promised timelines. However, in cases where the shipment delivery is delayed for reasons attributable to the logistics partner, we can’t be held responsiblefor the same. Our customer support team shall liaison with the logistics partner, escalate the matter and put in the best efforts to ensure timely delivery.

 

4. For International Orders, since cross border authorities and taxation laws are involved, if any unforeseen Customs Duty or any other taxes/ levies are imposed by the authorities, they shall be borne by the customer. All anticipated duties and taxes shall be duly communicated by our customer support team before accepting and confirming an order.
