Refund policy

 

Essas Club offers exchange service to its customers under a 7-days window from the date of delivery.


Terms and conditions for exchange:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Exchange Request can be raised only for different size of same product. One product cannot be exchange for another product on the website. If you intend to request an exchange for another product, kindly return the original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

International Orders:

Not eligible for Return/ Exchange. (Except in cases where a defective product/ incorrect style/ incorrect size is delivered. In such cases, reach out to our customer support team or write to us at sales.essasclub@gmail.com)

Make-to-Measure (Bespoke) Orders:

Not eligible for Return/ Exchange. (Except in cases where a defective product is delivered. In such cases, reach out to our customer support team or write to us at sales.essasclub@gmail.com)

Domestic Orders:

We offer easy 7 Days Returns/ Exchange for the following product categories. We charge a nominal return fee mentioned against each category respectively:

Such 7-day timeline shall be construed from the day immediately succeeding the date of delivery (Including Saturday/ Sunday/ Public Holiday/ National Holiday).

Returns shall be received at our warehouse and passed through various quality checks (QC). Once product passes all the QC, refund shall be initiate and reflected in the source account within 5-7 business days.

Kindly keep the original tags, labels and packaging intact. In case the product is found to be used, damaged and/ or in a condition that proves that the product has been tampered with, refund shall not be issued. In case of such ingenuine cases, return acceptance and refund issuance is at the sole discretion of the brand.

In case of CoD Orders, our customer support team shall, after the product passes all QC, share a link seeking account details where the customer intends to receive the refund. Once all the details are duly received, refund should be initiated and reflected within 5-7 business days.

No Return/ Exchange shall be available for the following product categories (Except in cases where a defective product is delivered. In such cases, reach out to our customer support team or write to us at sales.essasclub@gmail.com):

1. Suits;
2. Jodhpuris;
3. IndoWestern-Sherwanis; and
4. Shirts.

Cancellation Policy:

CoD Orders - Can be cancelled without any charge before the product is dispatched.

Prepaid Orders – A flat cancellation fee of 2% of product price (MRP – Discount, if any) shall be deducted from the refund amount.

Make to Measure (Bespoke) Orders Cannot be cancelled.

Disclaimer:

1. In cases, where multiple pick-up attempts have been made, however, for reasons unforeseen customer is unable to hand-over/ pick-up executive is unable to pick the shipment, please self-ship the product to the following address:

2. We expect customers to securely pack the product before handing them over to the courier partner for return/ exchange. Any damage caused to the product because of negligent packing may tantamount of rejection of refund and the decision in this regard shall be at the sole discretion of the brand.

 

3. In CoD cases, we have to necessarily rely on the details provided by the customer to initiate a refund. Incorrect bank account details resulting in refund failure or transfer to an incorrect account shall thus be the responsibility of the customer and not the brand.
