How do I determine the correct size for me?

Can I cancel my order?

No. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Do you offer Returns and Refunds?

No. We do not offer returns and refunds. We only offer exchange. For further

Do you offer Exchange?

Yes. For any sizing issue, you can raise a request for Exchange. Such an exchange request shall be raised within 7 days of receiving the product. For further details, please refer to our Exchange Policy

How can I pay for my Purchases?

You can pay via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking and UPI.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

No. We do not offer Cash of Delivery facility.

How do I estimate the shipping timeline?

What are your Shipping Charges?

Shipping is free across India for any order placed on our website irrespective of the order value. For further details, please refer to our Shipping Policy

Do you offer express shipping?

We can arrange for an Express Shipment. However, the same shall be on a chargeable basis. You can Contact Us and convey your requirements. For further details, please refer to our Shipping Policy

What if I don’t receive my order within the promised timeline?

In such a case, Contact Us and we shall take the necessary actions to ensure that the product is delivered to you at the earliest.

Do you make plus sizes?

Yes. Every garment available on the website can be manufactured in a plus size AT NO EXTRA COST. However, garments made in plus sizes as per your requirements cannot be exchanged. For further information, please refer our Exchange Policy.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes. If you need a delivery outside India, please feel free to Contact Us as currently our website is aligned to facilitate all orders with Shipping Address within India.

Can you manufacture a garment as per my specific measurements?

Yes. We can manufacture garments as per your measurements. Just click on Make to Measure . However, such customized garments made as per your requirements cannot be exchanged. For further information, please refer our Exchange Policy.

Can you manufacture a garment as per a reference image?

Yes. For the product categories that we cater to, we can manufacture product(s) on the basis of a reference image as well provided the same does not conflict the interest of any party. Such a request to manufacture as per a reference image shall be processed at the sole discretion of ESSAS club after carrying out necessary checks and verifications of the reference image.

Are there any charges/ taxes/ duties that I need to pay?

No. MRP is inclusive of all duties and taxes. Further, shipping is free on all orders placed on our website.

Which company is your shipping partner?

We do not have a specific shipping partner. Shipping company is decided on the basis serviceability of your pin code and delivery timelines.

What should I do if money is deducted from my account but the order did not placed?

Generally, the amount gets reversed into your source account/ card with 3 to 7 business. However if it does not, please feel free to Contact Us If you need a delivery outside India, please feel free to Contact Us.

Do you maintain ready stock or manufacture as the order flows in?

We are a D2C Brand having our own manufacturing units in Mumbai. For certain designs, we do maintain ready stock. For the other designs, we do manufacturing on a JIT (Just in Time) basis i.e. we manufacture specifically against the customer’s order.

Are alterations / minor modifications possible to the standard size / style?

Yes. For any specific alteration / minor modification request – Add the items to your shopping cart > Go to your shopping cart > Under ‘Add Order Note’ section - write your requests to us and we shall take care of the same > Checkout. Preferably, Contact Us and seek a confirmation before placing any such orders.
